Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
INFOR Software Implementation & Management
- Assist the WFM Manager in the end-to-end implementation of the INFOR workforce management system.
- Configure and customize INFOR modules to align with RSG’s operational and strategic needs.
- Manage data migration, testing, and validation to ensure accurate system functionality.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support during and post-implementation phases.
Job Responsibilities - Functional
Workforce Planning & Optimization
- Utilize INFOR software to develop and maintain workforce planning models.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and enhance workforce planning processes using INFOR tools.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Act as the primary point of contact for INFOR-related queries and system enhancements.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of INFOR.
- Work closely with HR, operations, and IT teams to ensure the system supports organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities - Organizational
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure system configurations and workforce management practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workforce operations using INFOR capabilities.
- Maintain and update documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and user guides for the INFOR system.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in workforce management, HR systems, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in configuring and managing INFOR workforce management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on workforce data.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in workforce analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred
- Experience working in large-scale organizations, ideally in construction, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and workforce compliance requirements.
- Certification in INFOR or similar workforce management software.
