Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

INFOR Software Implementation & Management

Assist the WFM Manager in the end-to-end implementation of the INFOR workforce management system.
Configure and customize INFOR modules to align with RSG’s operational and strategic needs.
Manage data migration, testing, and validation to ensure accurate system functionality.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support during and post-implementation phases.

Workforce Planning & Optimization

Utilize INFOR software to develop and maintain workforce planning models.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and enhance workforce planning processes using INFOR tools.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training

Act as the primary point of contact for INFOR-related queries and system enhancements.
Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of INFOR.
Work closely with HR, operations, and IT teams to ensure the system supports organizational goals.

Compliance & Process Improvement

Ensure system configurations and workforce management practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workforce operations using INFOR capabilities.
Maintain and update documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and user guides for the INFOR system.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in workforce management, HR systems, or related roles.
Proven expertise in configuring and managing INFOR workforce management software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on workforce data.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in workforce analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred

Experience working in large-scale organizations, ideally in construction, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and workforce compliance requirements.
Certification in INFOR or similar workforce management software.
