Job Purpose

• The Senior Specialist – Mobility Operations & Administration will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Mobility team.
• The role is responsible for preparing management reports, creating executive presentations, maintaining operational data, coordinating meetings and communications, and supporting mobility planning, fleet operations, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobility Operations Support

• Support daily mobility operations and coordination across land mobility services.
• Assist in tracking operational KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Maintain mobility-related records, schedules, and operational documentation.
• Support fleet utilization, transportation planning, and mobility projects as required.

Reporting & Analysis

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports.
• Analyze operational data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across mobility reporting.

Executive Presentations

• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and executive reviews.
• Transform operational data into clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards.
• Support business cases, project updates, and strategic initiatives through presentation development.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Manage departmental correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Track action items and support the completion of key deliverables.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Mobility team.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Airport Operations, Guest Experience, and other stakeholders.
• Support vendor coordination and administrative activities related to mobility services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in administrative, operations support, reporting, or mobility/transportation environments.
• Experience supporting senior management and preparing executive-level reports and presentations.

Skills & Competencies

• Understanding of basic modelling, analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint with strong presentation design capabilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in mobility, transportation, fleet operations, hospitality, aviation, or logistics environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations, giga projects, or multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with Power BI and reporting automation tools is an advantage.
