Position Title. Senior Coordinator – Corporate Fleet
Reports To. Assistant Manager – Corporate Fleet
To provide operational control and coordination of fleet pool vehicle services, ensuring vehicle readiness, accurate allocation, and compliance with internal processes. The role is responsible for maintaining asset visibility, managing system tickets, supporting user requests and ensuring smooth service delivery across daily fleet functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination

- Manage the full lifecycle of pool vehicle allocations, including receiving, issuing and tracking through master records.

- Coordinate vehicle readiness activities (e.g. fuel chip installation, insurance, registration, cleaning, gate passes and stickers).

- Ensure timely vehicle handovers with supporting documentation and database updates.
- System & Process Management

- Monitor and close all related system tickets including those for pool vehicles, traffic violations and fuel chip actions.

- Manage TAMM authorization requests in coordination with the assigned service provider.

- Support operational efficiency by maintaining system integrity and following up on outstanding actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement

- Liaise with internal departments and users on traffic fine resolution and vehicle requests.

- Coordinate directly with service providers (e.g. Aldrees) to manage on-ground activities related to fleet readiness.

- Respond to user queries and complaints, providing timely updates and solutions.
- Asset Control & Support

- Maintain control and accountability for spare keys and associated vehicle security measures.

- Provide occasional support to golf cart operations as needed.

- Ensure new vehicles are received in coordination with delivery schedules and are prepared for service launch.
- Profile Requirements

- Experience in transport coordination or fleet support services.
- Familiar with asset management systems, vehicle authorization processes and supplier interaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on operational processes.
- Clear communicator with problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic working environment.
