The Manager Data Analysis and Reporting for Mobility Systems is a pivotal leadership role responsible for measuring and optimizing operational performance, processes, KPIs, SLA’s, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and across multi-modal operations. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, performance management and providing inputs via reporting for continuous improvement to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of mobility operations and services to guests, staff, and other authorized users. The incumbent in this role will play a fundamental part in creating the measurements, metrics and in developing and enhancing the mobility operations. There will be a specific emphasis on driving efficiency and creating multiple performance management dashboards and reports using Power BI , Excel and any other available tools and by clubbing different data elements

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Produce monthly outcome and performance indicator dashboards and weekly enrollment reports
  • Support department leads, program directors with completing outcome reports including reports for operational performance, improvements, KPIs, productivity, Finance reports for internal or external reviews.
  • Assist with developing data visualizations and presentations for internal and external audiences, including graphs, tables, dashboards, etc. drawing on programmatic and secondary data sources
  • Identify and support in gathering data sources, calculating baseline, setting targets, and benchmarks aligned to operational requirements
  • Provide coaching to staff on the understanding of data reports and progress to meet department goals.
  • Support develop a cycle of improvement through data coaching for improved reporting and RACI.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day mobility systems and operations dashboard to ensure the availability of correct data elements representing the state of operations and exceptions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with the dynamic demands of the mobility industry.
  • Identify data inaccuracies, highlight reliable and unreliable data elements and suggest to make improvements in order to avoid recurrence.
  • Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of mobility operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address operational business problems and to use data to enhance customer service, increase operational efficiency and improved KPIs in the mobility space.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture within the unique context of mobility services. 
  • Align operational strategies with the ever-evolving landscape of mobility.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, considering the distinct needs of mobility services.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations within the mobility systems context.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders in the mobility industry.
  • Implement corrective actions to address operational challenges specific to mobility services.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management to contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the team and organization.

 

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus with 8-10 years proven experience in operations and service delivery within the mobility or professional services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in the context of mobility services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, considering the unique communication requirements of the mobility sector.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of the mobility industry and data. 
  • Proficient in Power BI and other data analytics, mining, performance metrics tools and dynamic reporting.
  • Encompass a “do whatever it takes approach” to delivering project objective whilst being compliant.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, utilizing data to make informed decisions and optimize service delivery operations.
