Job Purpose:

 

As a distinguished Coordinator – Bus Planning, specializing in the realm of transfer services within our prestigious Mobility division, your role assumes paramount significance in orchestrating the seamless and impeccable operation of our transportation services. Your mandate extends beyond mere coordination; it encompasses the vital task of engaging and managing our suppliers, shaping the very essence of our Land mobility operations.

The Jobholder will be an integral part of helping to build Land mobility operations with a focus on driving. efficiency and consistency in guest experience in line with the standards.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

•  Collaborate with the Mobility Manager to efficiently coordinate transportation services for both internal and external customers, ensuring safe and reliable operations that align with expected standards.

•  Take charge of unforeseen roadblocks, weather conditions, accidents, and public transportation updates, along with changes in traffic laws, vehicle regulations, and driver licensing requirements from local governing authorities. Professionally manage exceptions to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations.

• Work closely with Management to monitor and address any deviations from Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to transport issues. Take necessary actions to ensure compliance and prevent recurring issues, fostering a seamless transportation experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with service suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service quality.

• Collaborate with the Mobility Manager Supervisor to resolve specific customer or supplier complaints. Address resource shortfalls promptly to maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor the performance of services – conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure that safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met.

• Generate and provide timely operations data and information to the Manager on a weekly and monthly basis. This data will facilitate accurate reporting, planning, and forecasting of fleet requirements, contributing to effective resource allocation.

• Coordinate with Managers to make amendments and updates to working schedules and routes as necessary. Adapt to changes in daily operations, ensuring no interruptions in the delivery of services.

In this role as a Corporate Transport Coordinator, you will be the point person responsible for the smooth execution of corporate transportation services, managing exceptions effectively, and collaborating closely with Management and stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve issues promptly. Your commitment to data reporting and flexibility in scheduling and routing will contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our corporate transportation operations.

 

Job Requirements:

 

 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Prior experience in managing exceptions and resolving transportation-related issues is a plus.
