Job Purpose

Senior Manager - FF&E

Red Sea Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for project delivery. As the Senior Project Manager - Project Delivery FF&E, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement, installation, and coordination of FF&E elements for hospitality or major buildings projects. Lead and manage all aspects of FF&E project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.

Job Responsibilities - Leadership

Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, including FF&E suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project objectives.

Job Responsibilities - Functional

  1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding FF&E-related matters, maintain regular communication, address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

  2. Scope Management: Define FF&E project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.

  3. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage FF&E project budgets, monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to control costs while delivering high-quality FF&E solutions.

  4. Schedule Adherence: Develop and maintain FF&E project schedules, track progress, identify critical path activities, and proactively manage timelines to meet project deadlines and milestones.

  5. Procurement and Vendor Management: Coordinate FF&E procurement activities, select suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, manage deliveries, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

  6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures for FF&E installations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in FF&E project management, with a focus on hospitality or major buildings projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex FF&E projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Experience working with top-tier contracting companies or global consulting firms is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with FF&E-related project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
