Supervisor - Retail and F&B

Job Purpose:

• Supervise day-to-day retail and F&B operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience, effective inventory management, and adherence to quality and safety standards at Corallium’s outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor retail and F&B staff performance and scheduling.
• Ensure outlets meet operational standards and service quality.
• Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
• Support implementation of promotions and sales initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and product quality.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Generate daily sales and inventory reports.
• Train new staff and support ongoing development.
• Collaborate with marketing to support merchandising and campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• 6 years to relevant experience.
