The Employee Relations and HR Operations Supervisor will manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee relations activities. This role is responsible for ensuring that HR practices are in alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and employee engagement objectives. The supervisor will lead a team in handling HR-related inquiries, conflict resolution, performance management, and supporting the HR strategy in areas of employee retention, discipline, and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations and HR operations.
Proven experience in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and HR systems management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience leading a team and driving HR initiatives.
Experience in a specific industry.
Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, payroll software).
Employee Relations and HR Operation Supervisor– Core Duty
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, or disputes. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Counsel employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employee conduct. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a healthy work culture. HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, and HR systems. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with legal requirements, and effectively communicated to all employees. Supervise the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation processes. Ensure the proper maintenance of employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
Performance Management: Guide and support managers in the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and corrective actions. Collaborate with department heads to improve employee performance and foster professional development. Manage the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies. Prepare and review reports on HR operations and employee relations trends, offering recommendations for improvements. Keep the HR team informed about new regulations, policies, and best practices. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals and support staff. Conduct training and development programs for the HR team. Ensure the team provides efficient and accurate HR services to the organization. Full-time position.
