To deliver efficient and accurate ticketing services to all Corallium visitors, ensuring seamless entry experiences and professional customer interaction. The role is responsible for processing ticket sales, managing POS transactions, and providing information on pricing, packages, and promotions while maintaining high service standards. The Specialist plays a key role in representing Corallium’s hospitality values, supporting visitor flow, and ensuring compliance with operational and financial procedures. This position contributes directly to guest satisfaction and commercial performance by providing prompt, courteous, and reliable service at all times.
  1. Process ticket sales, refunds, and adjustments accurately using the approved ticketing system and POS.
  2. Welcome guests, verify tickets, and provide details on pricing, offers, and visitor programs.
  3. Ensure all financial transactions are completed correctly and securely, in compliance with company policies.
  4. Support the Supervisor – Reception Ticketing in monitoring daily sales reports and reconciliations.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner.
  6. Coordinate with reception and visitor experience teams to manage entry queues and group visits.
  7. Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and functionality of ticketing counters and systems.
  8. Follow all procedures for cash handling, end-of-day balancing, and reporting.
  9. Promote Corallium events, activities, and packages to enhance visitor participation and revenue.
  10. Ensure adherence to safety and data-protection guidelines during ticketing operations.

 

Academic Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Years of Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ticketing, cashiering, or front-office operations.

Other Requirements

-Experience in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment environments preferred.

-knowledge of POS and ticketing systems; attention to accuracy and detail.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Fluency in English; Arabic language is an advantage.
