Specialist - Structural Engineering (Elite)

Job Purpose

Provide support to the structural engineering design management team in monitoring the progress of the design stages and ensuring that deliverables are submitted and works are executed by the consultants as agreed in terms of quality, standards, materials, schedule, and cost to meet Red Sea Global’s (RSG) business objectives and requirements.

Job Responsibilities - Functional

• Participate in design development stages from concept to detailed design stages under the supervision of a senior team members.
• Participate in technical review of procurement and tender return documents evaluation based on the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to the department internal development by providing input to technical reports, design guidelines, and other technical documents.
• Attend meetings and take minutes with the supervision of senior team members.
• Participate in the technical review of Engineering and Construction documents under the supervision of a senior team members.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the Buildings & Places function’s systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, business process improvement, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
