Specialist - Signage and Wayfinding (Elite)

Job Purpose

A Signage and Wayfinding job aims to design, implement, and maintain effective visual communication systems that guide people through physical spaces. This role involves creating clear and intuitive signage that enhances navigation, improves user experience, and promotes safety in various environments, such as buildings, campuses, and public areas. Additionally, it includes collaborating with architects, planners, and stakeholders to ensure the signage aligns with branding and accessibility standards.

Job Responsibilities - Functional

• Assist in managing the visioning and project definition process with RSG stakeholders.
• Assist in the recon and reporting of initial assessment of project sites
• Assist in coordinating initial costing based on PAP, test fits or initial in-house designs
• Assist in coordinating the initial overall Project Schedule
• Assist the Director / Associate Director in drafting/coordinating Design Briefs / RFPs
• Assist in the management of the Design Procurement Process
• Assist in the management of the Pre-Concept design process
• Coordinate presentation of designs to BoD for approval/selection

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the Buildings & Places function’s systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, business process improvement, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or Related Field
