Specialist - Landscape Architecture (Elite)

Job Purpose

Assist in monitoring the administration and management of landscape architecture designs progress ensuring that works are executed by the consultants as agreed in terms of quality, standards, materials, schedule, and cost to meet The Red Sea Development Company’s (RSG) business objectives and requirements.

Job Responsibilities - Functional

•    Review, understanding and application of RSG public realm strategies and analysis.
•    Review of RSG Landscape Consultant Design development of both hard and soft landscape schemes through all design stages for individual and multi-assets projects.
•    Assistance in the coordination of multi-disciplinary project teams.
•    Project field visits and surveys as required.
•    Participation in the RSG Elite Graduate training program.

Job Responsibilities - Organizational

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
•    Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. 
•    Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Quality & Environment 
•    Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Continuous Improvement   
•    Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department’s systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.

Job Requirements - Skills

•    AutoCAD essential, 3D computer skills preferred i.e. Revit/ Rhino/ Sketchup
•    Sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
•    Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•    Good interpersonal skills and team approach.
•    A hard working and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and report writing skills.
