Job Purpose

Provide support in the development of the overall strategy, offerings, operating model, partnerships, analyze new business opportunities and to apply creativity, rigor, and collaboration to help plan and execute the growth of the firm.

Job Responsibilities - Functional

Destination Development

  • Supporting the development of the overall strategy, offerings, operating model, and partnerships.
  • Supporting the line manager around specific initiatives and areas of focus, including some of the firm's most strategic projects
  • Support building frameworks, following customers behaviors, innovative business models, global and regional market trends, new / disruptive technologies and uncover and analyze new business opportunities that may have been created as a result of these factors
  • Support line manager formalizing value propositions around new business opportunities
  • Support line manager on developing a network of external partners / start-ups across an array of adjacent industries
  • Apply creativity, rigor, and collaboration to help plan and execute the growth of the firm

Job Responsibilities - Organizational

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

 

Safety, Quality & Environment

  • Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department’s systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, Real Estate or any related field.
