Role:

Lead and oversee the integrated delivery of support services—finance, HR, and IT—across the destination, ensuring operational excellence, strong governance, and digital enablement. The role drives collaboration, performance optimization, and guest-facing capabilities aligned with the destination's strategic objectives.

Location: Red Sea Site,Umluj 

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient operation of all park infrastructure, systems, and engineering services across multiple zones. 

Oversee the operation and maintenance of utilities supporting overall park functionality.

Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for rides, equipment, and key assets.

Conduct technical inspections to ensure continuous reliability and safety compliance.

Monitor and manage water quality across all  destination zones to meet health and safety standards.

Support environmental compliance in collaboration with HSE teams.

Enforce facility safety protocols and ensure alignment with RSG and HSE standards.

Lead audits and reporting related to safety engineering functions

Coordinate engineering resource planning and workforce allocation for operational continuity.

 Provide responsive technical support to ensure seamless daily operations across all zones.

Managerial Responsibilities

Provide input to the Department’s strategy from the Department perspective, in alignment with the destination's vision and mission.

Develop the Department objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.

Contribute to the Department budget preparation and monitor financial performance. 

Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.

Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Department employees in coordination with higher management.

 

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field);

Master’s preferred.

Years of Experience

10 years (with 3+ year in managerial role).

Other Requirements

Strong knowledge of engineering systems, maintenance programs, and HSE

compliance.
