Job Purpose

Senior Project Manager- MEP [Project Delivery]

Red Sea Global is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for project delivery. As the Senior Project Manager - Project Delivery MEP, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing MEP aspects of hospitality or major buildings projects, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.  Lead and manage all MEP aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.

Job Responsibilities - Leadership

Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, including MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP-related matters, maintain regular communication, address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities - Organizational

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

Safety, Quality and Environment
• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Stakeholders - External

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in MEP project management, with a focus on hospitality or major buildings projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex MEP projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Experience working with top-tier contracting companies or global consulting firms is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with MEP-related project management software and tools.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
