Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth, particularly within Supply Chain and Logistics operations.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept development through to delivery and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Drive lead generation through a mix of organic and paid channels, including digital marketing, social media, PPC, email marketing, and events.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives support brand positioning, customer engagement, and commercial performance targets.
  • Create and oversee high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Oversee the development, review, and approval of all marketing collateral, including digital and print materials.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market insights to optimize communication, email campaigns, and advertising effectiveness.
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence.
  • Performance Management & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Analyze campaign data, customer response, and channel performance to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and commercial outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and market positioning opportunities.
  • Translate insights into practical marketing actions and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners, agencies, vendors, and service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and monitor the annual and quarterly marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost optimization.
  • Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and functional guidelines to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven track record in Campaign management, Brand strategy, Customer engagement, Budget ownership, Team leadership
  • Industry-specific experience (hospitality, logistics, retail, real estate, etc.) is highly preferred.
