About the Role - To develop, oversee, support and manage the Subsidiary with various initiatives which include formulating budgets, providing financial analysis and projections to be used in decision-making and planning, and overseeing accounts payables and receivables.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Prepare and collate accurate reporting for senior management and external stakeholders relating to aspects of business performance.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
  • Work on Supply Chain & Logistics projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparation, upload and ongoing upkeep of budgets and forecasts in coordination with internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Overall financial forecast, cash flows, funding requirements, and cost of capital, and conduct internal studies in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
  • Maintain all records for easy audit purposes.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
  • Manage activities of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accounts are administered in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, or related degree.
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification ie CPA, SOCPA, CA, CFA, ACCA etc.
  • Knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
  • No less than 5+ years total experience, including 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or other operational organizations.
  • Experience in dynamic high-volume transactional environment.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC) preferred.
