Job Purpose
Support the Finance and Investments team through financial analysis, research, due diligence and asset monitoring functions.
Job Responsibilities - Leadership
- Maintaining detailed Excel models to capture complex capital structure and waterfall calculations;
- Creating sensitivity models for strategic initiatives and providing concise results;
- Develop recommendations for the Investment Director based on your analysis;
- Attend meetings with various internal and external stakeholders;
- Review the output of the team’s analysts;
- Support the analysts with their work;
Job Responsibilities - Functional
- Participating in operational, development and financing calls to drive the strategy of the investment;
- Various presentation generation and maintenance;
- Assisting hospitality team in ad hoc projects;
- Managing ownership documentation including debt and venture agreements to ensure compliance and covenants and terms;
- Calculating quarterly asset and equity valuations and preparing documentation;
- Assisting the investment team with transactions related activities such as exits/dispositions, major lease analysis and recapitalizations
Job Responsibilities - Organizational
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate analysis at the asset level, either in investment banking, direct lending, or private equity;
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related degree from a top tier University with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
