Job Purpose

The Residential Marketing Director –will be the key implementation leading on the Residential marketing strategy. The main focus of the job is to create new exclusive residential marketing capabilities and luxury residential sales campaigns for all RSG Residential sales assets.

Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the execution of appropriate marketing local and international strategies to deliver across the major strategic thrusts / objectives of RSG Residential.
  • Creation of exceptional residential show suite experiences for off plan sales with affective marketing.
  • Create the marketing materials and marketing strategy for the residential sales and support the sales team with all marketing needs.
  • Oversee the set-up ad managed of residential launch events in partnership with luxury hotel brands
  • Develop with the team excellent residential show suites for off plan sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Co - Establish Residential Marketing based KPI targets for the destination brand, RSG
  • Provide input into the definition of the product, channel and customer strategies for each of the current and future residential assets within RSG
  • Review the channels plan by sector by project and manage the engagement program between RSG, WPP, Creative Agencies, and hotel operator partners.
  • Collaborate and contribute to the management of agency teams through the implementation of annual business plans and KPI’s, where applicable for communications, public relations, social media, events and exhibitions
  • Co - Manage the allocated RSG Residential marketing budget and planning, working closely with Executive Director Residential, business development, finance, investment and project management / development teams
  • Focus on the delivery of performance objectives, provides necessary support to the marketing team to deliver against established KPI’s.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business management.
  • Must have real estate marketing on international new developments expertise.
  • Must have luxury real estate project or residential resort Marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of prime residential development Marketing for major real estate developers or global property businesses.
  • An understanding of UHNWIs and HNWIs real estate requirements from a marketing perspective.
