Job Purpose

  • To support the Supply Chain and Logistics Department through developing and implementing progressive strategies to enhance the sustainability and regenerative ability of the RSG Supply Chain and Logistics operations.
  • To lead and manage gathering, cleansing, sorting and aggregation of data from various sources relevant to the measurement, evaluation and reporting of sustainability metrics.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, development and implementation of RSG SC&L Sustainability and Regenerative Strategies
  • Lead the operational implementation, scheduling and continuous improvement of RSG SC&L Sustainability and Regenerative Strategies
  • Design, implement and oversee NET ZERO LOGISTICS 2030 and NET ZERO SUPPLY CHAIN 2040 Strategies
  • Collaborate closely and support RSG Sustainability Department
  • Ensure RSG Supply Chain and Logistics operations adhere strictly to sustainability policies and initiatives
  • Develop and Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organizational and departmental goals and objectives
  • Lead the setting of Scope of Work, SLA and RFP processes for SC&L Sustainability and Regenerative initiatives
  • Develop continuous improvement plans, programs and activities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the SC&L Sustainability and Regenerative operations
  • Monitor and maintain operations records, utilization, productivity, HSE, KPI’s and key metrics in relation to sustainability
  • Ensure that all transactions are strictly documented and updated in IT systems
  • Establish sustainability performance measures and priorities for each SC&L operation
  • Conduct regular inspection visits and formal reviews to evaluate the SC&L Sustainability and Regenerative Strategies and operations
  • Continuously monitor the market environment to identify and implement opportunities for increasing and developing the SC&L Sustainability and Regenerative Strategies
  • Maintaining proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure ongoing training of staff to continuously develop incumbents technical and HSE skills
  • Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc) reports with respect to SC&L Sustainability and Regenerative Strategies, operations and new initiatives
  • Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by RSG Management

 

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
  • Advanced certifications in sustainability (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, CSR) are highly desirable. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability, preferably in the construction industry. 
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. 
  • Expertise in sustainability certifications, such as LEED, BREEAM, or other relevant green building standards. 
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable construction practices, energy efficiency, and waste management
