Job Purpose
To design, plan, coordinate and manage all Supply Chain and Logistics hardware and software systems, including analysis and specification of systems ecosystem and integrations, both internal and external
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design and development of TRSDC Supply Chain and Logistics systems
- Lead the operational implementation of new facilities
- Ensure TRSDC Supply Chain and Logistics systems functions are strictly followed according to company policies and procedures
- Develop and Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organisational and departmental goals and objectives
- Lead the setting of Scope of Work, SLA and RFP processes for TRSDC Supply Chain and Logistics systems outsourcing
- Lead the processes of multiple systems integrations, the implementation of hardware devices, new systems configuration and user training
- Monitor and manage the Supply Chain and Logistics systems service providers to ensure all contractual and operational requirements are met and/or exceeded
- Develop continuous improvement plans, programs and activities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the Supply Chain and Logistics systems operations
- Monitor and maintain Supply Chain and Logistics systems, performance levels, KPI’s and key metrics
- Ensure that all transactions are strictly documented and updated in IT systems
- Ensure Quality and Performance standards are set, communicated and adhered to by all providers and users
- Establish performance measures and priorities for Supply Chain and Logistics systems
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the efficiency of Supply Chain and Logistics systems performance
- Continuously monitor the market environment to identify and implement opportunities for increasing and developing the Responsiveness and Efficiency of Supply Chain and Logistics systems
- Maintaining proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure ongoing training of staff to continuously develop users technical skills
- Assist in the preparation of periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc) reports with respect to facilities, operations, activities and inventory
- Conduct performance appraisals for subordinates , Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by TRSDC Management
Qualification and Experience
- Recognized degree in IT Systems, Technologies or Data Management related field (MBA preferred)
A minimum of 7 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field.
