Job Purpose: Act as custodian of the governance framework, decision structures and forums of DevCo Operations, and as the single coordination point for assurance, audit and compliance activity so decisions are taken by the right authority, recorded, traceable and followed through.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the DevCo Operations governance framework, governance operating model and governance architecture.
  • Coordinate development and review of Delegation of Authority, policies, procedures, charters and Terms of Reference.
  • Ensure effective secretariat service for approved governance forums.
  • Maintain decision and action registers with accountable owners and due dates.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit, External Audit and Group risk, quality, compliance and assurance functions.
  • Coordinate inputs to stage-gate assurance and governance reviews.
  • Develop governance-administration indicators and governance-maturity reporting.
  • Provide structured operational feedback on Delegation of Authority workability.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • 7–10 years' total experience, including at least 4 years in corporate governance, committee secretariat, assurance, internal audit, risk and compliance, or PMO governance.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic advantageous.
  • High standard of formal minute and paper writing.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and commercially sensitive material.
