Job Purpose:

Act as custodian of how DevCo Operations works by converting approved management direction into documented, adopted and measurable ways of working, and by creating the improvement mechanism through which those ways of working get better.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise development and maintenance of the Business Operating Model and Business Capability Model.
  • Maintain the process architecture, process management methodology and process repository.
  • Lead process mapping, SOP development and workflow design with accountable process owners.
  • Operate the Continuous Improvement methodology and monthly issue-log intake.
  • Facilitate approved Lean and process-improvement initiatives and evidence benefits.
  • Design and deliver briefings, walkthroughs and rollout support for standards adoption.
  • Maintain the operational knowledge repository and lessons-learned register.
  • Identify and coordinate digital, automation and AI improvement opportunities with accountable functions.

 

Job Requirements

 

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.

Years of Experience

  • 7–10 years' total experience, including at least 4 years in business process management, operational excellence, continuous improvement or management consulting.

Other Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic advantageous. Strong facilitation and workshop capability with senior stakeholders. Proficiency with process mapping tools. Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
