Job Purpose:
- The Manager – Residential Marketing is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives that support the destination's residential marketing and sales objectives across the Red Sea Residences portfolio.
- The role is responsible for delivering ROI-driven campaigns, events, and marketing activities aligned with approved marketing plans.
- Working closely with senior members of the marketing team, the Manager will execute integrated marketing initiatives that support wider business and commercial objectives.
- The role contributes to brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement activities across the residential development portfolio.
- The Manager will work with internal stakeholders, operator partners, and external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns, content, and collateral that align with the brand's positioning and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Functional / Technical Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans tailored to the regional and global residential real estate market, driving brand awareness and lead generation in line with commercial objectives.
- Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including websites, paid social media, print advertising, content production, brochures, PR, email marketing, and digital platforms.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business and marketing strategy to effectively implement residential marketing plans and activities.
- Manage and implement asset-specific content plans across relevant channels to engage target audiences and support sales objectives.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring effective utilization of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Support marketing procurement activities, including agency engagement and budget tracking, while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with operator partners and agencies in the development and production of co-branded sales collateral and marketing content.
- Work closely with the Sales team to plan and execute events, roadshows, roundtables, and campaigns that support lead generation and business development objectives.
- Support audience segmentation, positioning initiatives, and targeted marketing activities across various channels and customer groups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop asset-specific marketing content and sales collateral aligned with the positioning of Red Sea Residences developments.
- Manage updates and content requirements for the Red Sea Residences website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current campaigns.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the identification and participation in relevant residential marketing events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Manage assigned projects and marketing initiatives through planning, coordination, execution, evaluation, and reporting.
- Work with digital, creative, media, PR, and social media agencies to develop campaign briefs and ensure deliverables meet agreed objectives.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across the customer journey, ensuring consistency of messaging and brand standards.
- Present campaign recommendations, project updates, and performance reports to stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for future marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of marketing experience within a real estate developer, destination developer, hospitality organization, or related industry.
- Experience in luxury, premium, HNWI, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
- Good understanding of marketing analytics, market research, and customer insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing technologies/platforms is preferred.
