Job Purpose:

  • Manage the end-to-end client handover process, ensuring a seamless and timely transition from project completion to client delivery.
  • The role is responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders, validating documentation and asset readiness, and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer experience throughout the handover journey, in alignment with RSG’s standards and processes.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the client handover process across all residential projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and operational readiness.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Engineering, Legal, and other relevant teams to coordinate handover deliverables and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and regular review of handover protocols, checklists, and client-facing materials.
  • Ensure all required documents, compliance certifications, approvals, and physical assets are completed, reviewed, and delivered in accordance with RSG standards.
  • Track and close any outstanding items from project teams, including defect rectifications or final touch-ups prior to handover.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for client walkthroughs, briefings, and key handover events, ensuring a professional and consistent experience.
  • Monitor client feedback and coordinate resolution of post-handover issues in collaboration with customer service teams.
  • Maintain accurate data records, reports, and dashboards related to handover status, KPIs, and client feedback. Identify and mitigate risks that may delay or impact the quality of handover deliverables.
  • Ensure all handover activities comply with RSG policies, procedures, and audit standards.

 

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG’s vision and mission.
  • Develop the Section or Unit’s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.
  • Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor financial performance. Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.
  • Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Years of Experience - 8 years (with 1+ in managerial roles)
