Job Purpose

To provide high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the leadership team of Red Sea Sport & Entertainment. The Executive Assistant will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, manage executive schedules, coordinate internal and external communication, and support the delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives across the RSSE.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, organize meetings, schedule appointments, and ensure optimal time management.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, transport, and accommodation for executives and visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Track action items, follow up with various departments, and ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and support high-level internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative support for procurement requests.
  • Maintain an organized filing and documentation system for project-related and administrative materials.
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members within the department.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support during events, site visits, workshops, and executive engagements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in hospitality, sports, entertainment, or projects environment.
  • Experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, site-based or project-based environments is an advantage.

 

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with high confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
