Job Purpose

  • The Residential Marketing Director will be the key lead on developing and leading the Residential marketing strategy.
  • The main focus of the job is to develop luxury residential marketing propositions and luxury residential campaigns for all RSG Residential projects and assets, ensuring precision and creative excellence across all touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities - Leadership

  • Lead the creation and execution of local, GCC and international marketing strategy to drive buyer interest, leads and sales
  • Lead the management of agency relationships ensuring value, exceptional creative outputs and delivery of work on time
  • Work closely with the corporate and desintation marketing teams to ensure overall alignment on campaigns and activities
  • Create compelling, elevated and luxury digital and offline marketing materials for the residential sales team to showcase residential projects to prospective buyers
  • Work closely with operator brands on the production and approval of marketing collaterals and campaigns
  • Working with event management agency, develop program of launches, events, exhibitions and activiations to connect with UHNW and HNW audience – driving buyer leads
  • Creation and refinement of an exceptional residential show suite experiences
  • Working with corporate digital team, create and optimise the luxury residential presence across all RSG’s digital platforms
  • Develop residential digital strategy and drive paid campaigns to generate leads and drive conversion
  • Work with media agency to achieve focused reach and awareness for residential propositions
  • Work with PR and Social Media agency to create a compelling content strategy that stimulates interest in RSG’s luxury residential propositions
  • Develop brand partnerships and affinity programs with luxury brands with similar positioning to RSG
  • Establish department KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future investment decisions.
  • Help define product, channel and customer strategies for each of the current and future residential assets within RSG.
  • Manage the RSG Residential marketing budget and planning, working closely with the Chief Development Officer, sales, finance, investment and project management and development teams
  • Focus on the delivery of individual and team performance objectives, providing the necessary leadership, support and guidance to the marketing team to help deliver set KPI’s.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business management.
  • Must have luxury residential real estate project or residential resort Marketing experience on an international scale.
  • Minimum of 6 years of prime residential development Marketing for major real estate developers or global property businesses.
  • An understanding of UHNWIs and HNWIs real estate requirements from a marketing perspective.
  • An understanding of and experience in the KSA and GCC luxury residential operating environments
