Job Purpose

  • The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and personalized anticipatory and discreet experiences for members and visitors of the AMAALA Yacht Club.
  • This role blends hospitality excellence with local knowledge, coordinating bespoke services on land and sea while maintaining the club’s reputation for seamless luxury service, reflecting Red Sea Global’s commitment to world-class luxury service and sustainability.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all members and guests upon arrival using guests’ names and creating warm and welcoming first impression.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, reservations, and information regarding club amenities, events, and local attractions anticipating guest needs for tailored experiences.
  • Coordinate personalized itineraries and experiences, including dining, transportation, leisure, and entertainment arrangements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of yacht services, marina facilities, and local destinations relevant to the AMAALA region.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Support VIP and VVIP arrivals with discretion and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the CRM system for future visits.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives and luxury lifestyle experiences aligned with Red Sea Global’s brand standards.
  • Coordinate external vendors (chauffeurs, florists, luxury transport, local guides) ensuring quality and confidentiality.
  • Uphold club policies, privacy standards, and safety procedures.

 

Job Requirements 

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or yacht club environment.
  • Prior experience with VIP clientele or ultra-luxury brands preferred.
  • Strong local knowledge of AMAALA or Red Sea region is an advantage.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and service personalization.
  • Professional presentation and grooming standards.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
