Job Description

 

Associate Director – Interior Fit-out is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of interior fit-out projects across commercial and hospitality. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Strategic Leadership

 

  • Define and implement fit-out strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead project planning, design coordination, and execution for multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Project Management

 

  • Oversee all phases of fit-out projects from concept to handover.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and cost control; implement corrective actions as needed.

 

Client & Stakeholder Management

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide transparent reporting.

 

Team Leadership

 

  • Manage and mentor project managers, site engineers, and design teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the fit-out division.

 

Quality & Innovation

 

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to introduce innovative solutions.

Position Requirements

 

Qualification and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 18-20 years of experience in interior fit-out, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale fit-out projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
